What are the prerequisites for these courses?

Advanced Scrum Master Certification Path: Requires completion of foundational Scrum Master training.
Leading SAFe 6.0 and SAFe Scrum Master 6.0: None
SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager: None
Achieving Responsible AI with SAFe: Suitable for individuals interested in ethical AI practices within SAFe, no other course required
Advanced Facilitator: Conflict and Collaboration: Beneficial for those in leadership or facilitation roles, no other required training.
SAFe for Government: Roles and Responsibilities: Tailored for public sector employees working within an Agile framework, but open to anyone
SAFe Release Train Engineer: N/A

How are the courses delivered?

We offer both in-person and virtual options for most of our courses, depending on the participant’s preference and location. Course details will specify the available delivery methods.

Do I need to bring any materials to the class?

Participants will receive all necessary training materials digitally or in print. However, we recommend having a laptop or tablet for interactive activities and access to additional resources such as the virtual classroom

What if I have to cancel my registration?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and while we aim to offer as much flexibility as possible, we also need to ensure fairness and consistency for all our learners.

Within 10 Days of Scheduled Training: We understand that last-minute changes can happen, but unfortunately, cancellations made within 10 days of the scheduled training are not eligible for a refund.
Prior to 10 Days of Scheduled Training: If you need to cancel more than 10 calendar days before the start date of your training, we’re happy to offer a full refund of your booking fees. Please note that transaction processing charges will apply:10% of the total course fees for payments made via PayPal.
5% of the total course fees for payments made through all other gateways.

Do I have to participate in the courses?

Yes, many of the courses have activities, some which require group collaboration.

Are these courses certified?

Yes, each course aligns with SAFe and Agile certifications, ensuring participants meet industry standards. Upon successful completion, participants may be eligible for certification, depending on the course. The courses are certified through Scaled Agile, you will receive a badge and certificate upon passing the exam.

Are there exams at the end of the courses?

Yes, some courses may include assessments or exams required for certification. Details will be provided during each course.

Are group discounts available?

Yes, we offer group discounts for companies and teams registering multiple participants. Please contact us directly at agile@leadingbeyondlimits.com for more information on group pricing.

Will I receive support after completing the course?

Absolutely. We provide post-course support through our private community, resources for continued learning, and networking opportunities to stay connected with instructors and peers.

How do I register for a course?

Visit our website’s registration page, select the course you’re interested in, and follow the registration process. Payment options and schedules will be available for your chosen course.

What if I miss some of the class?

To ensure you gain the full value of our training and are well-prepared for the certification exam, we require 100% attendance in all scheduled course sessions.

Please note, attendance is not only critical for your learning but also a mandatory requirement to qualify for the certification exam.

Full Attendance Requirement: You must attend every session in its entirety to be eligible to take the certification exam.
Missed Sessions: If any session is missed, regardless of the reason, you will forfeit your eligibility to sit for the exam and, unfortunately, your training cost will not be refunded.
