This 3-day advanced course is designed for those who guide and support Agile Release Trains (ARTs) at the program level. You’ll develop the leadership, coaching, facilitation, and coordination skills needed to plan and execute Program Increments (PIs), manage risks, and optimize flow across multiple teams.

• Techniques for coaching and developing high-performing ARTs
• Approaches to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination
• Metrics, flow accelerators, and continuous improvement strategies
